Download Lists to CSV

You can now export any search result or listing page directly to a CSV file 💾

Previously, only people search results and people lists could be downloaded to CSV. Now, you can also export:

🏢 Offices
👥 Departments
🎯 Skills
🧱 Organizational units
🗂️ Custom entity pages

To download, scroll to the bottom of any listing and click the “Download” button. For example, at the bottom of the Offices page you’ll see a “Download office list” link, which exports all your offices, along with their phone numbers, addresses, and the number of people in each office.

BONUS 🎰 We’ve also added a new setting that lets you choose who can see the “Download” button and export data to CSV: either Everyone or Admins & Directory Editors. You can find this in Settings > General > Display Settings.
