Offices, departments, and org units are now managed in the Console

You can now edit offices, departments, and org units directly in the Directory Console. Find them under Structure in the left menu.

Select an office or department and it opens in a side pane where every field is editable in place: name, address, phone, description, and the URL slug that controls where people land.

You can add a photo to your offices and departments by drag-and-drop or from a URL. Whatever you choose shows up across OneDirectory, not just in the Console.

Each office and department has a Profiles tab showing exactly who's assigned to it, including how many are hidden from the directory. So an office showing zero people isn't a mystery anymore; you can see whether it's genuinely empty or whether everyone in it is hidden.

Structure is live now in the Console for admins and directory editors.
