Per-profile visibility controls

You can now control directory visibility on a per-profile basis, and see exactly why someone is hidden.

Each profile has a Show in directory setting with three options:

• Automatic: follows your display rules (the default)
• Yes: force-shows the profile, regardless of the rules
• No: force-hides the profile, regardless of the rules

Yes and No act as an override for that one account, so you no longer have to bend your rules to accommodate a single exception.

The profile list also gains a sortable Visible column (i.e. the "eye" icon on the left of the profile picture), so you can see all hidden profiles together in one list.

And when a profile is hidden, you can now see exactly which rules caused that profile to be hidden. It's displayed in the Manage tab on any hidden profile.
